They are very aware of your comfort, they solve any detail quickly and they constantly offer you water, coffee, even mimosas and they also have many colors that you can choose from and options. It's super cute and the vibe makes you feel at home. I did an acrylic refill with Claudia and I found it super professional and detailed. 10/10 this place <3

She is amazing, since I’ve been doing my nails with her my nails have grown and are much stronger. The way she removes the gel from my nails she does it so that my nails don’t suffer and i think that has made a big difference. I can honestly say she is the best and I religiously go with her bi-weekly. My mom is also her client and she as well is very happy with Ary. Before going with Ary she used to do regular mani and after seeing how amazing Ary is dealing with the removal of gel mani, she started doing gel as well. The staff is friendly and very attentive. Norma, their front desk girl is the sweetest, kind, and will try to accommodate you always.

I waited about a month after my appointment to ensure my nails lasted the test of time, and they sure did! I've never had a more perfect set of acrylics. They really are perfectionists, and it shows through their quality of work. I recommend 100%! Also, the facility is welcoming and oh so clean. Everything you could want when getting a perfect mani/pedi!

While the aesthetic of the salon is great, and provides great ambiance, what really keeps me coming back is the amazing people and great service. Norma is the best! She always finds a way to make the schedule work and makes sure I’m always comfortable and have a drink! Rosy and Yllen are my number 1 and 2 when it comes to nail services. They always leave my nails looking amazing, no matter what state they’re in when I arrive. They are extremely kind and patient and really meticulous with their work. If you’ve never been, I highly recommend you book an appointment and try out Platinum Glam!
